Travelling by helicopter is the ultimate time saving way to travel from golf course to golf course in Ireland.  For example, you can spend 1 hour and 40 minutes in a car motoring from Trump Lodge to Tralee Golf Club! Or the same trip is approximately 14 minutes by helicopter depending on which way the wind blowing. The good news is; that the helicopter can drop you to almost the front door of any golf course! The most spectacular golf helicopter  ride is considered to be flying in and out of the Old Head Golf Links…

Concierge Golf’s travel notes:

What I like about this golf itinerary is that the only bit of traffic you might run into, is waiting for your luggage on arrival at the airport and the short car transfers to various villages for dinner or a few pints. The beauty is travelling by helicopter is you spend a lots less time travelling  by the highways and byways of Ireland. You can spend that extra time playing more or less golf, more range time working on your swing and perhaps enjoy more spa time before or after golf.

Travelling by Helicopter is an amazing experience and you can enjoy seeing Ireland in a way you could never do from the ground.

You have the ability to play 36 holes a day if you wish and take off when ever suits you. To maximise your use for day light time, the best months of  year for Helicopter golf in Ireland are May, June or July.

Each destination has a name of great restaurants to dine and pubs to enjoy local traditional Irish music. But when you are booking such a trip, I recommend that you should ask if there are any local festivals scheduled during your intended trip?

You can adjust the accommodation standard if you wish and I have selected each destination that is user friendly for the helicopters transfers, with the exception for the Merrion Hotel. The Merrion Hotel is selected for its excellent customer service standards, location to restaurants in Dublin city centre and the quality of their rooms.
