PGA TOUR rookie Sebastian Munoz, Angel Cabrera, Camilo Villegas and Camilo Villegas took questions today in advance of tomorrow’s inaugural Karibana Cartagena Skins Game at TPC Cartagena, Colombia.
This is what Villegas brothers had to say when we asked them about golf in Colombia.
WBGD: When you talk to your friends and tell them why they should visit Colombia — what do you tell them? Camillo Villegas: Golf or no golf, Colombia is a great country and I miss it a lot. It’s one thing to read about it — it’s another to visit. I’ve never brought anyone to Colombia that hated it.
Manny Villegas: Colombia has great people, happy culture, amazing food, incredible weather and the service here is second to none.
In addition to friendly people and incredible food — the golf is very good. We’ve played San Andrés Golf Club in Bogota, Club Los Lagartos in Bogota and TPC Cartagena — all were in superb condition and a lot of fun to play.
